Policy

The purchase of products from SylvieMarkovina.com is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. SylvieMarkovina.com is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit. SylvieMarkovina.com reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another product, please contact us at within 14 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent an email containing an Exchange Statement and instructions on returning the product. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and the tags are still in place, the new product will be dispatched. Please note that customers will be charged a delivery fee for the exchange.

Please note that exchanged goods will not be accepted unless returned with the Exchange Statement and must be returned in the original packaging that they were received in. Products that do not have original tags are not eligible for exchange.

We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Exchanges and faulty returns will not be permitted after 14 days from the date of purchase. Please select carefully as we do not refund. If you receive a faulty product, please notify immediately and the item will be exchanged for you.
